Softdent Cloud

Since last Monday’s “cyber attack” and restoration of Softdent Cloud the system has been painfully slow and literally unresponsive for days and today we are essentially crippled by the time it takes to do anything. Virtually impossible to reach tech support with wait times of an hour or more with scores of calls in the queue. Things are not headed in the right direction.

Once again SoftDent Cloud seems to be down and once again the communication from Carestream has been abysmal.  

Why can't Carestream actually update users with what is going on.  Being on hold for hours is not a solution. 

Every week there is something new with SDC that is causing business impacting issues.
