I know we can enter the tooth number if the patient has one supernumary tooth. What if they have 2? For example tooth 16, 16A and 16B. Is there a way to enter tooth 16B?
When charting permanent teeth, add 50 to the closest standard tooth number. In your case, the tooth would be labeled 66. I would probably label the other one as 65. Hope this helps!
