TWAIN error - Scan Failure

Hello,

When we select the TWAIN button in CS Imaging we get an error message stating - "TWAIN error - Scan Failure" We are using a Vatech to capture the images and CS imaging to view them. I tried to call support but since the office isn't paying for support we can't get any help.

Any help would be appreciated.

Found the issue was with a TWAIN integrator. Launched Twacker_32 on the PC, File>Select Source and chose Vatech.
