Forgive me if I missed the AskMe page, but I wanted to ask about a couple of specific third-party vendors and their compatibility. NEA has already informed us of some differences when using their software, based on our imaging setup. I presume Word/Excel work fine based on the Office365 integration.
1) Dragon Medical (dictation)
2) Practice Pilot (OMS³)
Have you noticed interference with any other third party your office uses?
I don't have info on Dragon Naturally Speaking, since we don't do any specific testing with that product.
Today, Practice Pilot and Quickbooks work in the cloud, but you may need to let your implementer know you are using them so that they can be properly enabled for your in your cloud environment.
No issues with QuickBooks. Actually found the Refund integration is faster since switching to Cloud. We don't use Practice Pilot or Dragon so can't help with that.
I just want to send another *bump* on this conversation and see if anyone has had experience using Dragon dictation with WinOMS Cloud, specifically.
As Matt Ackerman indicated we don't do any testing with Dragon. Because of that, we don't have the capability to troubleshoot Dragon if there are any issues, however I haven't heard of anyone having problems using it within any WinOMS environment.
