Problems with our time clock showing two hours ahead since Wednesday, December 2, 2020. Carestream, please address this issue directly. A general text about system wide issues surrounding testing is not helpful.

Hi Ms. Shaw,
I did email last Friday and we got a phone call from Carestream. They said they would be in our system about 3 pm Pacific time, to shut down and reboot our system. We close at noon and were out of the office at that time.
This morning, one of our machines came up and shows the correct time of day in time clock, so that is some progress. All the rest of the machines in our office are still showing two hours ahead.
What can we do about this? I did email support this morning also.
