Treatment Plan Estimates

Is there a way that we can have the system estimate a treatment plan utilizing allowable fee schedules so that the user can see clearly in the treatment plan the total of our charge, what the insurance will pay, and what the patient will be responsible for. It would be helpful in creating co-insurance estimates. If this could be printed off as well, it would be extremely helpful.

One of the IT guys helped us add to letters an insurance estimate letter. It has an excel spreadsheet built into it. Once we get out preauth back we printed the letter by adding the insurance information. Then we print it and give it to the patient. It’s shows a nice break down of cost
