Treatment plan data should be available for merge fields for letters
We are able to pull them in for EMR consents but not letters. Therefore we have to make custom word merge fields and manually enter teeth numbers into letters.

If Treatment plan has been dragged over already, Then you would use the Treatment Thank You Letter and ACTUAL charges will merge into your letters. I could reach out and login with you to verify this is being done if you like.

Hi Tara,
Like James mentioned earlier, once a Treatment Plan has been converted to actual charges then you will need to use either the Referral Treatment Thank you or Referral Consult Thank you letters. These letters have the same merge fields used in Treatment Plan to pull the Procedure Code and Description into the merged letter. You do not want to switch the regular Treatment Plan template to actual Services as this will stop it from merging any existing Treatment Plans in the patients accounts.

Hi Tara, If your letter is set up as a "Pre-Treatment Estimate Letter" you have the capability to have it pull in the Procedure Codes and Procedure Descriptions of what was entered in the treatment plan.

Yes, please call me. I updated the letter to have actual services but it didn't cause any new merge field to appear to choose from. 303-663-7890
