I am wondering if any other users who are connected through the cloud have been allowed to update to version 10 software or if anyone has heard anything about where that process is at. Our practice is looking to use a new patient outreach software but they have let us know that in order to fully integrate we need to be using version 10 for CSWinOMS. I have reached our several times to our sales rep but the few times I've been able to get ahold of him he doesn't seem to know either. The outreach software we currently use has been having a lot of hiccups and so we are anxious to switch and it is becoming very frustrating waiting on carestream with no idea as to when the update may be given to us.
@tshaw 3 weeks later and no one has reached out...with the extra work that our admin team is having to do anyways our office is at this point very seriously considering switching to another operating system. Our lawyers have informed us of current/recent legislation that requires the sharing of our stored information that should make this process much easier than it has seemed in the past. The lack of any follow up at this point is just unacceptable.
