Using the Recall to Track Patients

Great tip:

If you are rescheduling patients and they aren't able to give you a new time and date you could put them on a recall (follow up) for a couple weeks out. This will ensure you do not lose track of any patients and get them rescheduled as soon as possible. This also works if any patient that comes in for a consult doesn't schedule before leaving the office put them in for a recall and again you will not lose track of that patient.
