Please be advised that this is an UPDATE to CSA 032019b:
Change Healthcare received the following notice from Verizon on March 20, 2019:
Please be aware that, at 5:10 am EDT Saturday, March 23, 2019, the Universal ID (UID) mobile applications
for Android and Apple will no longer function.
A new Android Mobile App version 2.5.5 is currently available for download in the Google Play Store.
Please have your users update their UID Android Mobile App to this version to avoid any issues.
A new version of Apple IOS Mobile App version 2.5.9 is currently available for download in the
Apple App Store. Please have your users update their UID IOS Mobile App to this version to avoid any issues.
Action Required
Please update your UID Android & Apple Mobile App to the version listed above to avoid any issues.
