Just wondering if any other WINOMS or WINOMS/Cloud users are experiencing daily freezing, locking up, extreme slowness? It literally takes about a minute to print an excuse, treatment letter or label, to the point it's faster to hand write. On the clinical side, workstations freeze up during surgery, causing records to be lost, sometimes three times during a surgery. While a couple of our workstations are older, our new workstation has the same issues, which leads us to believe it is on the Carestream/Cloud end. We have had our internet checked. Our IT has been in contact with Carestream, but just wondering if any other offices are experiencing the same issues. Our days have become very unproductive.
