Regarding Waivers (Medicare & Medicaid) & Financial Policies that need signatures, do you create those under EMR Consent Forms under an ADMIN header with its title?
Yes if you are wanting the patient to sign the form on the computer it would have to be put into the EMR Consents. You would just be able to name them Financial Policy or Medicaid/Medicare Waiver. To create those you would just go to Tables-EMR Components-Consent Templates. You can create a new one and just copy and paste what you already have, just be sure to add merge fields where necessary including the signature merge fields where the patient is to sign.
