When I open pt charts, they default to minimized upper left and I can not open them any further.  Please help.

Hello, the resolution is usually the culprit. Try setting your resolution to one of the supported Window settings 1440 x 900 or 1280 x 1024. Depending on the version of Windows you can Right click on Desktop>Screen Resolution to update your settings or use Display.
