This is just a general inquiry to the WinOMS support team if WinOMS supports touch screen monitors? More or less I need to know if the touch functionality will be supported if there is an issue or not. A few of our clients use them natively and are fine with the results but we want to warn our clients that the WinOMS support team will not help touch screen functionality of WinOMS.
Also is there a touch screen UI at all for WinOMS that I am unaware of? Thanks for anyone who answers these questions.

Point of Care is the only part of WinOMS that was designed specifically for touch screen, and as a result you can notice larger buttons, and places where ink is either saved as a drawing or converted to text. So from a usability standpoint, that part of the software will provide you the best experience with your touch screen device.
That said, touch screen monitors should work like any other Human Interface Device (HID) and would be supported like any specialty mouse or keyboard. We do not make specific requirements related to the monitor outside of minimum number of pixels and colors.
