In Reports-Insurance-Insurance Carrier/Plan Financial. You can choose to run reports by either the carrier or if you have your plan types set up you can run it by plan type.
For the plan type to work you will need to have the plan type selected in your insurance plans as being either commercial or medicare or medicaid and so on.
