Hi,
Starting yesterday we started seeing extremely high CPU utilization of the adaptive SQL service and it looks to specifically be during login. We have been in discussion with support however it's still ongoing.
It was brought up that in other cases a process called mmg-client.exe has caused this but we do not have this in our system.
Has anyone else seen this recently and if so what was the resolution?
I apologize if this is not the right forum to ask this topic.
@matt_ackerman or @paula1 do either of you have any input?
Jason,
This is a perfect place for it. Thanks for joining us here.
I have not heard about this issue myself, but working directly with support should give you the best result. It is a little unusual that this happens, especially during login. Even more so that it just recently started to happen.
Did you recently change anything in your server or network? This is an old version of WinOMS, so I assume you didn't just recently update to this version (removing "WinOMS software update" as a potential cause).
