Winoms- Perio Charting built in

I'm wondering if there is a way to get a built in perio chart for Winoms system I know they have them for other software's offered by care stream. We do a lot of bone grafts in oral surgery which require perio charting. Can this be added. What do other oral surgeons do?

I would like to ask for a quick fix but am really hoping this will be added very soon as we will be using this a lot and if some of your other softwares have it for example softdent from what I see then why can't it be added to winoms? I agree that a periodontal charting module would be an assume feature to have available within Win OMS.  Lets hope that we see something in the future to assist us with this task.

in the meantime, I have had offices create an EMR note called "Periodontal Chart" for those who require this document for insurance.  Albeit, it is not a perfect solution however it is an immediate solution.

I agree a perio chart is greatly needed in our software for bone grafts. We get a copy from the referring office, I scan it in and attach it to the insurance claim through NEA.

That's what we do and if the dentist does not have one we have to chase the doctor for them to complete the form.
