Ok Carestream what is the issue today?? All 5 of our offices are unbearably slow today here in MA. Not a great way to start off the new year especially when we have to REVERIFY ALL OUR BENEFITS FOR THE NEW YEAR. When are you going to have the issues resolved? We have a call in to our IT and then they will need to call you and I'm sure the answer is not going to be anything new.. This is really starting to get old now.
You are not alone with the slowness. They just rebooted our servers and things are better but they always are after their reboot. We will see how the afternoon goes, but I'm not getting my hopes up. You would think step one would have been to get rid of the old Windows 2008 server that Microsoft stopped supporting a year ago. Seems like its time to move off this sad rainy cloud and onto a new one that is more reliable.
