can an appointment color type be changed/edited?
Is there a way to change the color of a lockout? It seems any category that I have marked as a lockout does not allow a color choice.
Yes. If you go to Tables on the top left of your Practice Central- then under Appointments, select Categories. From there you can create or edit appointments and their colors.
If you are asking if you can change the color after the patient is checked in from Black, the answer is no. This has been a request our office has been asking for from Carestream for 8 plus years but it is never added to any update.
