A suggestion to have the cell # or preferred # listed on the schedule. Carestream mentioned in the past that if preferred is selected that # will appear on the schedule. We can only see the home & work #-. When preferred is selected it still doesn't appear.

If you look at the patient information screen there is a drop down tab and you can choose the cell number.
When you do this it will appear on the schedule. Note: you may need to close the schedule and go back in for you to see this.
