Why doesn't the cell number appear on a printed schedule?

An additional suggestion - if the patient's home and cell number are the same, you might want to be sure they are in both fields. Also, under the phone numbers there is a place to indicate a "Preferred Number"
This preferred number will appear in Bold Type on the Printed Scheduler (Single Provider, Single Column)
The Single Provider/Multi Column the phone numbers does not appear.
If you go under the setting and scheduler there is a box on the lower left corner to check for a phone number to appear on the schedule.
