Anyone been having issues with their tickets in POC? Last week all our items entered into the eticket section of our main work ticket disappeared. I've been working with support on this but wanted to see if anyone else had similar issues. After many attempts to recreate our ticket and the items constantly disappearing, I found that ALL tickets had ALL eticket items erased. I'm hoping i get some answers today from support but please let me know if other uses are experiencing this.
