I don't know if this is the reason but I was told that our "software migration" failed last night. Now we can't access images in the carestream imaging cloud and when we try and open images through the images tab for ones that are already loaded in the chart the software kicks us out.
I called and was told it's a problem for the imaging dept to handle but they weren't answering, so I'm still waiting for someone to figure it out and fix it.
This software is getting more expensive and less reliable, not worth anywhere near the 1000 per month I pay!!!!!!!
