no response in 3 days from Carestream

I have been emailing a few people at Carestream to ask how do we go from Cloud based to server based Winoms? Our doctor has lost faith in Carestream and the "cloud." 3 emails to a contact that has been helpful in the past.. no response..spoke with Andrea in eclaims was told I'd get a call back from Joey our rep...emailed a senior regional sales mgr on the AAOMS virtual convention site...no response!

After 4 days of being without our cloud software we as well as all of you in the community have lost several thousands of dollars in production. Not to mention the perception it gives to our patients when we tell them again we have to reschedule your appointment. 

What are other offices planning to do to get ahead of this chronic issue in the future? I'd also like to address compensation for the lost production.
