We walked in today to our Cloud inaccessible again. The performance has been getting so poor it is crippling our business and we are tired of calling the off-shore support. Does anyone have a manager contact at CS that will take ownership and assist us? This cloud and support is a dumpster fire.
2) brand new 9600 installed and no one at carestream can configure it. OM has been on the phone for 5+ hours and each rep “can’t see what the last one did” and has to start over. Who at carestream oversees this?
