CS7600 message MFG on scanner screen

Hello, sometimes when I'm developing the image on the CS7600 the message MFG pop up (as shown in attached photo) and the image is not transmitted to the computer, if I do another Xray it works normally. Any idea what this problem could be as it is happening many times during the day ?

Yes we are still having this problem, but it happens randomly.
