We understand, that unfortunately we can no longer edit any forms to be completed by patients through patient bridge. We have noticed that since the change we have 'lost' an element of the form & we have been in contact regarding this but have also noticed another aspect lost too. Is there a one point of contact to discuss the changes required please, so we're likely to be communicating with the same person or department? Thanks
