Unacceptable that updates will not be provided throughout the night! That’s just like the last time when an outage occurred! We open at 7am and would like to have a better idea of what being restored “in the morning” means. I would like to wake up and check on any progress that has been made during the night! And by the way, SHAME ON YOU for so heavily promoting your cloud service as a necessity without caring enough for your customers to figure out the glitches beforehand!
