WinOMS: Import Updated NEA Payer List

1. Click Billing.
2. Click NEA FastAttach.
3. Click Payer List Processing

If a new NEA Payer list is available for download, a prompt will appear.  Click the import button to begin downloading.  Be advised it can take up to 20 minutes to import the list during which time the tast bar may say "not responding".
