Can't confirm appointment

We have a patient appointment currently scheduled 2 days out and want to confirm. When I right click on the appointment there is no option to confirm. The same thing happened the last time this same patient had an appointment. The account and patient are "active". I can't think of another reason this might be happening. Any ideas? Thanks!
