Duplicate Credit Card Charges 11/8/16 and 11/10/16

TransFirst merchant services (the credit card processor for Carestream DPMS products) has discovered that some credit card transactions that were processed on 11/8/2016 were duplicated on 11/10/2016. 


TransFirst is looking into the cause of the problem and is taking the necessary actions to reverse these charges.  There is no action required on the provider's end. 


If patients question the duplicate charges, please explain that the an issue occurred at the credit card processing vendor and that they are taking the necessary steps to reverse the charges.
