Dear Valued Customer,
This notification is to inform you that the New 2.5.2 UID IOS mobile app is experiencing problems loading on IOS devices after an automatic update from the Apple App Store. Please inform your user community that they should not manually update their UID IOS mobile app to version 2.5.2 until this issue is resolved.
For members of your user community that have experienced an auto update of the UID IOS mobile app to version 2.5.2, we have identified an interim solution. Users with the UID IOS mobile app and at least one other OTP delivery method enabled can delete the UID mobile app and reinstall it from the Apple App Store. Users who take this path will need to reactivate the mobile app within their UID account. Again, this only applies to users that use the UID IOS mobile app and have at least one other OTP delivery method enabled. Users that have the Mobile app as their only means of OTP delivery should not take this action.
We are currently working to resolve this issue and will update the user community as updates become available.
