Practiceworks Update Process

We upgraded to v7.10.0 a few months ago, around new years or so, and love the update, but sometimes there are things that don't go as planned.  PW addressed the issue in a new fix... Check out this thread as an example...

PW used to do updates via the web and it was so easy and convenience.  You could check when a new update was available and move forward...

 

Problem is now that we don't know what we don't know, and there's no notification about when updates are available.  The thread above states we'd get an update in the mail but every customer probably knows that PW just doesn't send an update.  It requires a phone call.


There's gotta be a better way of notifying.  Here's a couple of suggestions:

Email.

Text.

Facebook.

Twitter.

Mail.

 

Most of those are free.  Sure would be nice, just sayin'!
