Why doesn't the Contact Expert include cell phone #s, or be able to see now that we have the option to choose which is the preferred method of contact?

That is a great question! Seems like the most logical place to have a best contact would be in the contact expert. :-) In the screen shot below, the cell field should be highlighted and bolded, since this patient's preferred contact is "cell". We have a story on the road map that extends the preferred method logic throughout the system, I don't know when we will get this done, but it certainly is needed.
I am also referring to the drop down menu for the Auto Dialer.
