Why is there only room for primary and secondary ins in patient screen

In the patient screen where we can see insurance there is only a place for two insurances (primary and secondary) We know that in the account screen we can have even more policies associated with the account, however we can't have quick guarantor access to the third (and or more) 

 

Also submitting to a Third or fourth company requires way to many manual steps is there a reason that after secondary has  paid there isn't an automatic prompt to submit to third ?
