We have done numerous updates since 2015 but it never changes its just stuck if I try to update it loads forever but never changes.
Anyone else having this issue or is it just us?

Yeah, paula1 can you give this customer a call to troubleshoot? This obviously is not normal. When you figure out an answer, would you post the resolution here?
