Change Healthcare was informed this week that Excellus BlueCross BlueShield employees enrolled in Dental Blue Options were moved to the new dental claims platform.  The remaining dental group memberships will be moved to the new system effective January 1, 2018.


Real-time services will be unavailable from September 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017.  Please contact Customer Care to verify eligibility and benefits until real-time services are resumed.
