How do I see an appointment history/trail for a patient?
You can run Scheduler Audit Trail by patient to get all appointments\changes per patient I'd run this report on the server to shorten the "not responding time " in step 6
FYI - the patient name needs to be EXACT otherwise you'll get zip in terms of results ..
You can also go to their Appointments screen and check the "Include History Appointments" for a at-a-glance type of view.
