Based on customer feedback, we would like to share the following advice on some common eDental queries....
To adhere to the NHS eDental specification CS R4+ does not allow users to change a patients exemption status once a treatment course has been completed. If you have any issues following this workflow, please contact the NHS claims team.
Claims not being submitted before the deadline
If you have concerns of not being able to submit claims before the deadline, we advise customers to enter observations on the claim explaining the delay, however please confirm with the NHS claims team before doing so.
