We've been trying to roll out eReminders for a few months now and have run into issue after issue. Is anyone successfully using eReminders?
We don't use it but I am curious about some of the problems that you are encountering. I would imagine a call to support would help?
We tried it, and dumped it 30 days later after many phone calls etc. What a nightmare that was!
What were the problems?
Almost to numerous to list, patients showing as inactive when they weren't Patients being reminded for appointments based on east coast time not mountain time, getting reminder phone calls at 6:00a on a Sunday. Recall did not work at all, no way to send your own templets of emails to patients, and the list goes on and on...biggest frustration was support was just thru email until a live person called back.
