I have completed the eStatements for patients process but did not receive the detailed report by fax that I usually receive within minutes. How do I get that report?

You will need to contact Express Bill at 800.537.7563 to get a copy of confirmation email/fax or to verify that they received the statement batch.
If you don't have your account number for Express Bill, it can be found by clicking on the Green Tree icon and clicking on the configuration button if the XCOMM 1.0 for Windows appears. You will need to add 14733 to the number you see in the account number field when you contact Express Bill.Hope this helps.
