Is there any way to add a different "STATUS" option to the point-of-care Module?
You can add, edit, and remove statuses by performing the following steps:
1. Click Tables2. Click Appointments3. Click Paths
4. Click Display All5. Highlight and Edit the appropriate Appointment Path
6. Click Ok after making the changes
If you are adding or removing a status, you will get the message "Changing the number of statuses for a path will delete all timing data when you click Ok. Clicking Ok will reset the elapsed time for that appointment so it is best to perform this step before patients come in or after hours.
If you are not sure what Path to edit or need to switch the path linked to an appointment then perform the following steps
1. Click Tables2. Click Appointments
3. Click Types
4. Search for appointment or click Display All
5. Highlight and Edit the appropriate Appointment Type
6. Note/switch the entry under PathAlso each Appointment Path can have a maximum of 10 States/Statuses
