Does anyone know how to insert a signature box on a newly created consent form in the new EMR consents?
If you go into Tables > EMR Components > Consent Form Templates > Display all button should bring up a list.
Pick your consent or select new and create your consent, you should see a Box with an "M" on the top right section of the consent window, this will list all merge fields and the signature and initials field should be on the bottom of the list.
Somehow, I totally missed them. I think I was looking for them alphabetically. Thanks for your help.
