CS Boost Problem

I am a PracticeWorks user and we are on the cloud.  I use the CS Boost app on my phone to check in on patients in the evening.  Unfortunately the app only pulls in the home number from the main program and most patients don't even have a home number and use a cell phone.  This makes the app fairly useless. Placing the cell number in the home number place in main program messes up our third party patient reminder system.  I have spoken to Carestream several times and the fairly simple programming change to fix this does not seem to have much priority to them.  Anyone else similarly frustrated?
