Our office just updated to 8.1. We really do not like the TimeTracker (red line) that appears across the appt page. Is there any way to delete that? I have been all over Configuration and Preferences and cannot find where to delete it. Thank you.
Good morning BarbAt this time there are no settings available to control the red line on the appointment book. It has been expressed by others that not everyone likes it being there and options are being looked into at this time to be added in a future release of PracticeWorks.
One more issue with the red line - on some monitors it is solid and on others it flashes (some fast, some slow) and is very irritating. Can that be changed? Thank you.
This has been brought to our attention by other users as well, at this time there isn't anything we can do about it, but it is being looked in to.
