Thanks for the updates. I'm grateful to have you manage this ransomware attack. I can't imagine having a local server hijacked and having to troubleshoot then pay or restore on my own. Kudos to all involved in fixing this.
I dont need to be notified. I just need to know if it will be working in the morning? If you can answer that, it will be helpful.
All day clinic having to guess who is coming in. Cannot schedule new patients=possible lost revenue. Can't collect payments. Can't schedule follow up appointments. No clue what tomorrows schedule is. Apologizing all day to patients. What an extreme hassle this is. Went to cloud service because of all the reassurances it would be secure, no possibility of loss of data, extreme convenience. But several outages and down time this past year. Today is another example of the continue hassle and inconvenience I have experienced.
