Since the latest Orthotrac software update, we have been having an issue with our letters. When it imports a patient or doctor's address into Microsoft Word, there is no space between the city and the province. For example: Vancouver,BC.
Addresses always imported properly before this update. Obviously not the end of the world to add the space but annoying more than anything.
We have reached out multiple times for support from Orthotrac and the issue was unable to be resolved.
Anybody else having this problem?
