There is absolutely ZERO support for this product. We are going on two weeks with no one reaching out to correct our problem. We were even at the AAO two weeks ago and spoke to the team at the booth. We were assured someone would reach out. Literally crickets....
Also, I found it strange that there was NO mention of Orthotrac in any of their marketing at the Carestream booth. It's fine if they are going to stop supporting Orthotrac, but at least be honest with the faithful users.
Curious what other Orthotrac users are using for Appointment reminders.
