I have an e-claim that was originally rejected due to an incorrect ID#. I have since corrected the ID# in OrthoTrac and printed/mailed the claim. It is still showing up on my report whenever I process claims. It is a Delta Dental of IL claim so once it is sent no other claims need to be mailed. How can I get this to not keep showing up as rejected??
