Here is another treatment plan not calculating correctly. There is only primary insurance and a pre authorization has not been entered to override the estimating. The techs at practiceworks can't explain why it happens or how to fix it. Same answer is "development is aware." EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!
Had similar issue - I only call support if I truly don't know a work around. I manually calculated it. I printed without any estimate. It is embarrassing when trying to provide an estimate, of any size to the patient, and it isn't correct. I am the one who looks like I don't know how to use the software.
I wish a few of the developers would come and work in the office and see what happens and then maybe they could fix the issues.
